Preserved Lemons: (12 organic lemons, 3/4 cup sea salt, quart-size mason jar) Place the first 4 quarters, flesh side up. Sprinkle w 1 or 2 tbsp sea salt (be generous). repeat until filled. use rest of the lemons to fill w/ juice. *let sit for at least one month before use.
