Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Cranberries and Balsamic Vinegar - made this recipe and it was easy and delicious. Thought I had cranberries but did not, so I used golden raisins instead. Very good. I have alot of ideas now with the roasted brussel sprouts instead of the balsamic...how about crumbled goat cheese and walnuts?
2 lb Brussel Sprouts 4 tbsp olive oil 5 cloves garlic, minced 1 lemon, juiced and zested 3 tbsp gruyere, grated s heat oil and saute sprouts for minutes over med-high; add garlic half way through; reduce to low and add other ingredients; top with cheese
