Ferment #9, 5/9/16, Version #3, Kefir water.  Finally success. I actually had to call Cultures for Health because my water kefir wasn't doing anything.  No bubbles, nothing but sugar water.  We tried everything and nothing seemed to work.  It was sitting next to my dehydrator and that was the magic touch it needed.

Ferment #4, Coconut Milk Yogurt, 3/26/16  - Made with 3 cups native canned coconut milk and 1 packet of vegan Cultures for Health yogurt starter packet.  I heated the coconut milk to 110 degrees on the stove, added the packet of vegan yogurt started and put in the small jars.  I put it in the yogurt maker overnight.
