Ferment #9, April 19th, Version #2, Kefir water. Added 1/2 teaspoon of molasses per the person I'm working with at Cultures for health. He suggested having it in a warmer environment. We are trying to get it to come back to life.
Ferment #9, April 19th, Version #2, Kefir water. Harvesting this version. It still tastes like sugar water. No bubbles, no fermented tastes at all. Just sugar water. I am convinced these grains are dead.
