Ferment #9, April 19th, Version #2, Kefir water. Added 1/2 teaspoon of molasses per the person I'm working with at Cultures for health.  He suggested having it in a warmer environment.  We are trying to get it to come back to life.

Ferment #9, 5/9/16, Version #3, Kefir water. Finally success. I actually had to call Cultures for Health because my water kefir wasn't doing anything.  No bubbles, nothing but sugar water.  We tried everything and nothing seemed to work.  It was sitting next to my dehydrator and that was the magic touch it needed.

Ferment #9, Water Kefir. 3/26/16 - Day 1, -Bought Dehydrated water kefir grains from Cultures for Health.  Activated them with 1/2 cup boiling water, stirring in 1/4 cup sugar.  Added 3 cups of room temperature filtered water.  Added cheesecloth to top with rubber band.  The instructions say to let sit for 3-4 days till nice and plump and then discard the sugar water.
