beer biscuits 6oz beer (drink the rest) 2 C. bisquick (I use HeartSmArt Bisquick -no transFat) 2 Tbsp sugar Mix ingredients together and spoon into 6 muffin tins sprayed with cooking oil. Let sit for 15 min. Bake in 400* oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
ABEL SKIEVERS for breakfast! For lowest calories: use the 'Heartsmart Bisquick' waffle recipe but substitute the vegetable oil with almond oil, then after the skillet is heated to medium use a low-cal non-stick spray in the skillet instead of oil and turn them with chop sticks.
Cheddar Drop Biscuits. I add about a 1/4 tsp garlic powder and salt to the mixture. (Don't over mix.) I use a cookie scoop, which makes a great size. Finish off with a little sprinkle of sea salt...YUM-O!
