Almond Meltaway Cookies. Not really a "classic" meltaway (as in it doesn't melt in your mouth like the ones made with cornstarch), but they're really simple and not too sweet. This made 50 small cookies but I ended up with about 6 which didn't get frosting. Increase the frosting recipe to 1.25 c. powdered sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp. milk, & a smidgen more almond extract.
