Weighed my shake today. Probably would have been 2 pounds but it all didn't fit in my shaker! My daily does of DENSE nutrition for lunch today! What's in it: Chocolate Shakeology 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats 1 banana 1 cup of frozen kale 2 tsp of peanut butter 16 oz of water Splash of almond milk (like 2 oz) A handful of ice Amazingly healthy. Makes me feel great. And I'll be full till dinner! What more can you ask for?!?
