Framingham Cemetery, Suffolk, England..in some cemeteries -not churchyards- common graves were opened for a week or so & received burials of unrelated people. They were typically sold on a shorter lease so often these could be cleared after 25, 50 or 75 years at the end of this time the headstones were taken off the plot & placed elsewhere.

Urban legend dictates that it is made for a family that was poisoned during dinner. In each chair the name of the family member that was seated in it, is written.
