My take on Panzanella Salad 😍👌🏻 it is by far one of my favorite salads and whats not to love right? The key here is using the best tomatoes can find and the croutons! These croutons are epic.
Pro Tip: Don’t toast your bread too much, i find that it absorbs everything better if you don’t ❤️. Also, using the juice of the tomatoes as a base for your vinaigrette is the best.
Ingredients:
• 2.5 cups cut up ciabatta (grate the zest of 1 lemon & some parmigiano, add truffle salt, olive oil and black pepper to taste).
• 1/4 c olive oil (plus more for the croutons and topping the burrata).
• 1 pint cherry tomatoes.
• 2 tbsp fresh mint.
• 2 tbsp chives.
• 1/4 cup parsley.
• 4-5 basil leaves.
• 1 burrata ball.
• 4-5 slices prosciutto (cut in half).
• 1 tsp honey.
