The Employee Engagement Crisis: There has been plenty of talk about BYOD over this year. On one side you have concerns surrounding security and compliance in the workplace. On the positive side, it presents by establishing a high decimal of employee satisfaction. So there is a large gap within the two sides, and its going to take some work to meet in the middle.
