Completed pin #122: Crumb-Topped Baked Fish Recipe. Wow, this was excellent! I can't wait to make it again. I bought some frozen cod fillets at Costco and they worked well. The only changes I made were that I used parmesan instead of cheddar, and I used all fresh herbs/garlic. This would be great on any mild fish. 10/10
