Cherry Lime Chia Fresca - i dont recommend putting the chia seeds in with the mix at night instead put 3 tablespoons of chia seeds in a little bowl, add warm water bit my bit and leave in the fridge overnight. Mix juice and chia seeds with a shaker the following day..so good for you! We juiced 2 grapefruits, 1inch of ginger and 1/4 lemon and added the chia seeds..so so so good.
