Italian Wonderpot - Once it reaches a full, rolling boil, you can remove the lid, turn the heat down to medium, and give it a stir. Make sure it’s still bubbling away when you turn the heat down. It needs to continue boiling for this to work. Let it boil for 10-15 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid has been absorbed or evaporated. Only stir once every few min to keep the pasta from sticking. Over stirring it can make the pasta overly mushy and sticky.
Radiatori with Tomato-Cream Sauce and Fresh Basil--This was rich and delicious, plus the pasta is so darn cute! The sauce recipe makes a lot of extra sauce, so you could easily cut it in half. Save some sauce to pour on top if you have leftovers, because the sauce dries out a little in the fridge when it's pre-tossed with the pasta.
