***DANGER***This recipe came from someone who actually worked at a Mexican restaurant and passed along this recipe on how to make Queso Blanco Dip (white cheese dip) like they do in their restaurant. #diy #crafts
2 (8 oz) cream cheese; 1 (1 oz) packet dry buttermilk ranch dressing mix, 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese; 4 green onions (thinly sliced); 5 pieces of bacon (fried and crumbled) * mix cream cheese and ranch seasoning together until smooth; add cheddar cheese, onions and bacon; stir until well combined; shape into a ball; roll in chopped nuts for coating; store in refrigerator
I dont know one single person who doesnt like this dip. 2 pkgs. cream cheese, 8 oz. ranch dressing, 2 -10 oz. cans chicken, drained well and shredded cheddar. Melt first 3 ingredients together with a handful of shredded cheddar. Mix in chicken (I shred it). Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle top with shredded cheddar (light cover). Bake at 375 for 15-20 mins or until cheese on top is melted. Serve with crackers.
We like to mix it a packet of ranch seasoning too!! Combine the bacon, sour cream, green onions, cheddar, and garlic powder together in a medium bowl and combine. Allow the mixture to chill for at least one hour before serving with Chips. Easy!
