Peppered Turkey Bacon Wrapped Asparagus with Purple Yam Cinnamon Mash! I love the salty and sweet combination! Peel and cut purple yams (Okinawan yams). Put in pan of water until water boils and potatoes are tender. Mash in big bowl and mix in ground cinnamon. Wrap turkey bacon around asparagus and bake in 375 degree oven for 15 min. Sprinkle raw or toasted walnuts and serve! Eat Clean, Train Mean & Supplement in Between!
