Ingredients
• 455g (16oz) of lean ground lamb (mince) or can use beef mince
• ½ teaspoon of baking soda
• 2 tablespoons of water
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon of paprika
• ½ teaspoon of oregano
• ½ teaspoon of mild chilli powder
• ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon of onion powder
• ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
• 4 Wholewheat Pitta Breads
• Mixed Salad - cucumber, crisp lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and red onion
To make:
• Combine ingredients for Doner meat in a large bowl
• Form into a large meatloaf, place on a sheet of foil and wrap up tightly
• Preheat air fryer to 340f for 2 minutes
• Add wrapped up meat and cook for 25 minutes
• Unwrap and increase heat to 360f and cook
