There are so many things we didn't have the chance to do before leaving this land: driving the entire length of #highway1 visiting #Yosemite and #YellowStone me getting inked with @zinguyenn discovering Oregon eating @bwwings one last more time bid adieu with our favorite sushi restaurant etc. Sure there are a lot of interesting stuff in #Vietnam but ain't nowhere as fantastic as this place. My youth is here and will forever stay here. My first love for a land is with this one. . But who…

As far as your feet will carry you... A few weeks ago I met these two French guys in Yosemite. They were backpacking in the snow close to upper Yosemite falls where they set up this high-line. Trying to secure their food they lost it. Nevertheless they were there without food smiling just enjoying being in this wonderful place.... A Few days later they went to Moab and met Theo Sanson @moabmonkeys @sketchyandy @camp4collective photographer @renan_ozturk and many others. During this trip…

Have you ever had those moments when it feels like it's just you and nature? They are the quiet moments that allow you time to appreciate life's simplicity. This print, Hammock, is precisely one of those moments. Often in Yosemite Valley the trees become almost pattern like, but if you look close enough, sometimes you can spot a climber resting up in the mountains enjoying one of the best views nature has to offer. #yosemite #theillustratus #wanderlust #hike #print #illustration #painting…

the 1861 photographs that safeguarded Yosemite – in pictures In 1861 – only 10 years after it had been 'discovered' – Carleton E Watkins wandered the Yosemite valley, with camera equipment that weighed close to a tonne strapped to his team of mules, and snapped the awesome images that inspired Abraham Lincoln to secure the world's first national park

Flooding down The John Muir Trail in Yosemite. It was an eery evening. Hiking up to Vernal Falls I came upon a very unfortunate situation involving a loss of life and then the trail was closed. I felt helpless and sad. I slowly went down this trail after everyone had already left. It started raining and was getting dark. I took a lot of "dark" photos that day.
