My husband and I once saw the aurora borealis together; it was coming down directly above us in every single color, filling the sky, continually dancing for hours. It was by far one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen in my life.  I dearly hope to see it again someday.

Castillo de San Cristobal in Puerto Rico... really amazing fort in PR with amazing views. Stopped there on a cruise years ago, I want to go back so bad.

Seems to me that there's just a wee bit too much Titanic porn floating (sic) about at the moment. World recession and a desire to live in times when the Toffs (according to Julian Fellowes) were decent chaps (as opposed to Cameron, Osborne & Johnson). What we need now, of course, is a decent war, none of that cowardly Johnny Foreigner stuff.
