This is SO true. When im running and want to stop I go thru each part of my body to find out why. Nope breathings ok, legs? Nope they feel fine.Oh, yeah its my head . keep going!

This makes me feel a lot better about looking like a drowned rat after I work out:)

Thank goodness I am at this point.  I no longer crave sweets. Healthy choices for life!

the less you eat sweets, the less you crave them. when you want sugar, your body is literally begging you for protein! SO true I haven't eaten sweets or drank pop in MONTHS and I have no desire to even try them when they're around.

Last summer 3 was my short run. With this year being my half marathon year I am pretty sure at least 4 if not 6 will be my short run.
