Foul Madamas: Foul Madamas originated in Egypt and is found now all over the Arab World. It is a dip, sometimes eaten for breakfast, sometimes even after midnight or after a late party. It is eaten with warm Arabic bread and pickles. My recipe is the Iraqi version!
