I'm not cooking this year but I made this to bring to my Mom's house. It's SO GOOD!!! Got this off another group and made a couple changes! Maple roasted brussles with sweet potato, cranberries and pecans! 2 packages of Costco brussels sprouts, cut in half (I cut the big ones twice) 2 pounds cubed sweet potatoes (can use butternut squash too) - cut as small as sprouts 1.5 cups dried cranberries nt.
