Made this July Gorgeous very more-ish! Used 'Italian Hard Cheese' as Parmesan isn't veggie. Yummy spinach and Artichoke Dip - would also work well as pasta sauce or baked spud filling. Took this to a bring n share.dinner May 2015 and it went down a storm!
