Vegan Meatloaf CupcakesI  I made these and they were delicious!  I didn't have time to make vegan worcestershire and I didn't want to buy it so I used 1 tbsp balsamic glaze and 1 tbsp unsulphered molasses and a couple shakes of garlic and onion powder.  I don't like dried herbs much so I used fresh thyme, sage, and parsley b/c that's what I had.  I didn't do the mashed potato thingy on top b/c I was too tired.  These are great for lunch! -Stacy
