Pablo Neruda makes me think of my Latin American literature class at UND. It was one of my toughest classes, one of my worst grades, but one of my most fulfilling classes! I kept my books from that class and I recently bought a book of his love poems I found while shopping in Boise. Definitely makes me smile :)

sometimes, I think the moonlight shines brighter than the sun. then i remember, one is the reflection of the the other. They are equal and opposite forces.

Showing my true, real self is hard. Bullied, teased, made fun of for who you really were is hard to come from. That's why people put up walls, barriers, masks, to hide behind. They're afraid that people will do it again, just like the people before.
