Engagement Chicken...the best I've ever made. Though I stuff the chicken with 1 head of garlic cut in half and two sprigs of rosemary. I also cut the lemons in half instead of pricking them like the recipe says and then stick them inside the chicken with the rosemary and garlic. And I leave off all of the herb garnishes (just salt, pepper, and lemon juice will do). It's sooo yummy. Don't forget to pour the juices from the bottom of the pan back onto the chicken before serving.
