• 800 g Beef

• 100 g Chicken

• 2 Litres chicken or veal stock

• 100 g Pork

Produce

• 1 handful Basil, leaves

• 3 Bay leaf

• 1 Chilli, small red

• 1 handful Flat-leaf parsley, leaves

• 2 Garlic cloves

• 1 Onion, large

• 1/2 Onion, small

• 1 sprig Rosemary

• 1 tbsp Sage

Canned Goods

• 200 g Tomato paste

Pasta & Grains

• 1 Lasagne sheets, fresh

Baking & Spices

• 1 Black pepper, freshly ground

• 1 Clove

• 4 Cloves, ground

• 2 Little freshly grated nutmeg

• 80 g Plain flour

• 2 Sea salt

• 1 White pepper, ground

Oils & Vinegars

• 2 1/2 tbsp Olive oil

• 1 Olive oil

Dairy

• 80 g Butter

• 1 Litre milk

• 250 g Parmigiano reggiano, grated

Beer, Wine & Liquor

• 200 ml Red wine
