Bushkill Falls in the Poconos: They call it "Little Niagara." It's definitely one of our most beautiful attractions! They have several trails ranging from a short, breezy walk to "oh my gods, my feet are going to fall off!" Seriously, if you want to see what little nature we have left in the area, you have to visit Bushkill Falls.
Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve The wildflower preserve has over 800 species of trees, shrubs and wildflowers – all of which are native to Pennsylvania. The wildflowers are a beautiful sight to see – and you can walk through the meadow and be surrounded by all the wonderful natural colors. In addition to the flowers – there are well over 100 species of birds in the preserve.
Here’s a great road trip to take in Eastern Pennsylvania that will showcase some of the most beautiful waterfalls our state has to offer. The loop will take about 6 hours to drive, though if you have less time to spare, you can always cut a few points out of the route.
