Weight Watchers Recipe: Big Mac Casserole. Tastes exactly like a big mac! Brown 1 pound lean ground beef & onion put in 8x8 dish. Top with 8 slices 2% American cheese and a tube of reduced fat crescent rolls. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Put shredded lettuce & chopped pickles on plate, top with 1/4 square of casserole, add 1T reduced fat thousand island dressing. Enjoy!
Cabbage Roll Casserole - WAS DELICIOUS, inexpensive, and easy to make. Made it without rice but served with roasted red potatoes. So good. Will make again. Recommended. Can go veggie with crumbles vs. ground beef.
