Blend: 1 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. almond extract In a separate bowl mix: 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add the flour mixture 2 Tablespoons at a time to the wet ingredients until completely combined.
