The Invisible Chocolate Drop" ~ equal parts of vanilla vodka and white creme de cacao. Shake it over ice and strain into a martini glass. It looks clear, just like any normal vodka or gin martini, but the surprise comes when you taste... Chocolate. YUM
Tito's Fig Martini by Max Hinojosa .25 oz dry vermouth + 2.5 oz fig infused Tito's Handmade Vodka (add dried mission figs to a 1 liter bottle of Tito's, let infuse for 48 hrs, then take out the drunken figs, but don't throw them out!) -- Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a drunken fig & enjoy!
