This product includes a rubric, note taking sheet, Learning Targets, and product descriptor. I used this as a final assessment for my beginning of the year unit on the 5 Themes of Geography. I used this with my 7th graders but it could be easily adapted for other grades as well.

Another great idea to help us as teachers informally assess whether or not our students are understanding the material. Having students have these post-its at their desk and at the end of each lesson, have them put forward a color.
