OVER THE NIGHT OATS - 1/2 c. rolled oats (not quick cooking) - 1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt - 2/3 c. almond milk - 1 Tbsp. chia seeds DIRECTIONS Combine the oats, Greek yogurt, milk, and chia seeds in a bowl or jar, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, stir in any fresh fruits of your desire, and Enjoy !!
Spinach mac n cheese in a muffin pan- I used a bag of fresh spinach from our CSA farm share, 2 whole eggs, whole organic milk, some Utica grind & smoked paprika. Gave it a little bite, which was great! Let them cool in the tins for a few minutes before tryin to remove them or they'll fall apart. My one year old looooved it!
