Homemade Banana Yogurt! SOY FREE, LOW CAL I want to have oats with this in the morn, topped with berries that have been placed in a pan on medium and then with chia seeds to make a "jam". That's what i want!!!
3 cups fresh blackberries 3 cups yogurt cheese (or Greek yogurt) 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk Throw it all in a blender then pour it into an ice cream maker (if you have one) or popsicle molds. Freeze and enjoy! I'd love to try this with other berries or fruits, maybe some strawberry-banana action perhaps? How would you customize this recipe?
