I just took this out of the oven -O.M.G...it's amazing! I used frozen green beans, and skinless breasts, cuz it's what I had. YUMMMO!!!! Easy - One meal in one dish. And I've always got potatoes in the basket and green beans and chicken in the freezer. :)
Garlic Herb Tilapia: 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened, 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon Mustard, Ground, 1 pound tilapia fillets, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper, Ground. Preheat oven to 400F. Mix butter and spices. Place fish on foil lined sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread herb butter mixture over fish. Bake 10 minutes.
This is our favorite way to eat broccoli of all time! My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.
