Cucumber sandwiches. 8 oz cream cheese, softened; 1/2 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing mix; 1 large cucumber, sliced thin; 1 loaf party rye bread; dill weed. Mix cream cheese & dressing mix. Spread on bread slices. Put 2-3 slices cucumber on half the bread. Sprinkle w/dill weed. Top with remaining bread. Can be made ahead & refrigerated. Leftover spread will keep in fridge for a couple weeks. Love this during the holidays!
