Donna Martell, initially using a screen name of Donna De Mario, began her Hollywood career around 1947, and her first major role was as the ingenue in "Apache Rose" (Republic, 1947) which starred Roy Rogers and Dale Evans.
Peggy Moran was a veteran of b-movie westerns and horror films.She worked beside Abbott and Costello, Roy Rodgers and Elizabeth Taylor to name a few. After marrying director Henry Koster she retired to raise a family. But Henry promised to put her in all of his movies. He had a bust made in her likeness and placed it in everyone of his future films.
