• 6 Eggplants
• 2 cloves Garlic
• 5 Potatoes
• 2 Red onions
• 1 tin Tomatoes

• 2 Egg yolks

• 2 tbsp Tomato paste

• 1 pinch Cinnamon or one cinnamon stick
• 120 g Flour
• 1 pinch Nutmeg

• 1 Pinch Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

• 1 Vegetable oil
