CREAMY SWISS CHICKEN BAKE..... 4-6 bnls/sknls Chicken Breast, 6-8 Slices Swiss(Mozzarella works too), ½c @ mayo/sour cream, ¾c grated Parmesan, ½tsp @ salt/pepper, 1tsp garlic powder, Cooked Rice (opt)... Preheat 375*. Pat chicken dry & place in a greased 9x13 pan. Add sliced cheese on top of chicken breasts. In a bowl mix mayo, sour cream, ½c Parmesan, salt/pepper & garlic powder. Spread over chicken & sprinkle w/remaining Parmesan. Bake 1hr. Serve over rice if desired or alone.
