Sancocho (Puerto Rican Beef Stew) >>>> This stew goes back at least 400 hundred years to when the Spaniards brought African slaves over to the island. They would make a huge pot and let it stew all day and have a hearty meal ready after a long day of labor. Over time, sancocho became a popular dish to be enjoyed by everyone. Variations of sancocho can be found throughout the Spanish Caribbean.
Sandwiches de Mezcla de Puerto Rico 1 can or jar one whole red pimento 1 can Spam 12 oz 1 block velveeta cheese use 1/2 only 1/2 cup milk Cube cheese and ham and add to blender. Add pimento and liquid Add milk slowly until spreadable consistency You may add more or less milk depending on how thick you may want it. Spread it on 2 slices of sandwich bread and enjoy!!
