400 g integralnog brašna  100 g heljdina brašna  80 g sjemenki suncokreta  80 g sezama  80 g sjemenki lana  3 žlice voćnog octa  oko 1/2 l mlake vode obro izmiješati mikserom s nastavcima za tijesto. Smjesa ne smije biti čvrsta kao što je inače tijesto za kruh nego žitka. Staviti u namašćeni kalup u hladnu pećnicu. Tijesto se ne ostavlja da se diže! Peći 60 min na 200 stupnjeva. Istresti iz kalupa i eventualno dopeći još 10ak min.Bučine sjemenke malo usitnite jer inače sve potonu na dno.
