Saag - Mustard Greens/Spinach/Kale mix'  In a heavy bottom pan add ghee/olive oil, add 1tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 red onion, 6 cloves of garlic, 1/2 inch of ginger (finely chopped), 2 green chilies and saute for 3 minutes. Heat 2 tbs of ghee or coconut oil in a pan. Add 5 green chilis, 4 garlic pods, 1 inch ginger, 1/4th cup of cashew/macadamia nuts, 1 tsp of cumin/coriander seeds. Let these all saute and once the color changes, add 1/2 chopped red onion, 1 celery stalk, 2 stalks of spring onions, 1/4th head of cauliflower, 10 basil leaves, some parsley and cilantro leaves. Saute it well and add water as required and let these all cook well.
