1 small clementine, 2 slices of granny smith apple, handful spinach, 1/2 celery stalk, 10 almonds, 1 tsp pumpkin seeds, Add your favorite protein shake, Add water and blend it to a wonderful tangreen smoothie for your post workout:)

Heat 2 tbs of ghee or coconut oil in a pan. Add 5 green chilis, 4 garlic pods, 1 inch ginger, 1/4th cup of cashew/macadamia nuts, 1 tsp of cumin/coriander seeds. Let these all saute and once the color changes, add 1/2 chopped red onion, 1 celery stalk, 2 stalks of spring onions, 1/4th head of cauliflower, 10 basil leaves, some parsley and cilantro leaves. Saute it well and add water as required and let these all cook well.

Zucchini Hummus: Zummus 1 medium sized zucchini cut into slices 1 celery stalk 1 green onion stalk 1 jalapeno 1 tsp cumin powder 2 tbs of tahini 1 whole lemon juice cilantro or parsley leaves 4-5 soaked cashew and macadamia nuts salt to taste Add these all to the blender and mix it to a paste :-) yummy

Heat 2 tbsps ghee in a thick bottom pan, add 1/2 red onion, 5 garlic pods,1 inch of chopped ginger, 3 green chilies, cumin and coriander seeds. Let it saute for 2 mins. Add 2 handful of spinach, 2 celery stalks and 1/2 cauliflower(chopped) to this and stir them. Add turmeric, salt , basil, mint and veggie stock/water and let it boil until all the veggies are cooked. Let it cool down for 5-10 mins, add some hempseeds, coconut milk, parsley,corriander leaves and 1/2 lemon to this and blend

Chia Meal Pudding:- 1 cup almond milk, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp hempseeds, 1tsp ground flaxmeal, 1 tsp shredded coconut flakes, 1 tsp almond butter,1 tsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp slivered almond flakes....i added salt. But if you have any sweeteners or sugar feel free to use. Refrigerated all of these in a mason jar overnight and added a few frozen berries...yummy

1 tbs - almond butter, 2 tsps - chia seeds, 1 tsp - ground flaxmeal, 1tsp hemp seeds, 2 tbs - slivered almonds, 1 tbs - unsweetened coconut flakes and a cup of unsweetened almond milk. I liked it savory so i add black pepper, salt but you can make it sweet by adding your healthy sugar substitute :-) Shake the mason jar ensuring all the ingredients are mixed well and keep it overnight in the refrigerator or 4 hours soaked and voila yummy delicious meal ready :-)

handful of springmix, spinach 1/4 cucumber slices 1/4 red onion slices 3- radishes sliced 8-10 grape tomatoes - cut into halves 1 tbs slivered almonds 1 tbs pumpkin seeds 2 tbs of guac Add the dressing as required. Recipe for the salad dressing:-

Post workout green smoothie:- 1 inch of cucumber handful of mixed organic greens 15 blueberries 1 tsp goji berries 1 tsp flaxseeds 10 almonds 1 tsp protein mix water - add all the above ingredients and blend it to a smoothie and yum yum :)

1 - Cucumber cut into cubes 1 tsp - hempseeds 1 tbs - sliced almonds 1/2 - lemon juice 2 tbs - olive oil salt/pepper and paprika/chili powder to taste a few unsweetened coconut flakes a few strands of parsley finely chopped Add all the ingredients and mix tasted really yummy!!!

Hot Cereal:- 1 tbs - unsweetened coconut shredded flakes 1 tsp - hempseeds 1 tsp - sliced almonds 1 tsp - almond butter cinnamon as required Almond Milk - as required Put all the ingredients in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds and has a crunch to munch on for a warm breakfast!
