Saag - Mustard Greens/Spinach/Kale mix'  In a heavy bottom pan add ghee/olive oil, add 1tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 red onion, 6 cloves of garlic, 1/2 inch of ginger (finely chopped), 2 green chilies and saute for 3 minutes. Add the chopped greens (mustard, spinach and kale) and saute for a 10 minutes. Mash the greens once they are cooked. Heat 2 tbsps ghee in a thick bottom pan, add 1/2 red onion, 5 garlic pods,1 inch of chopped ginger, 3 green chilies, cumin and coriander seeds. Let it saute for 2 mins. Add 2 handful of spinach, 2 celery stalks and 1/2 cauliflower(chopped) to this and stir them. Add turmeric, salt , basil, mint and veggie stock/water and let it boil until all the veggies are cooked. Let it cool down for 5-10 mins, add some hempseeds, coconut milk, parsley,corriander leaves and 1/2 lemon to this and blend

Add the almond butter and vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, until the zucchini is tender.  Add the watercress and cook for 3 more minutes, turn off .  Allow the cool slightly and transfer the mixture to your blender

Chia Meal Pudding:- 1 cup almond milk, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp hempseeds, 1tsp ground flaxmeal, 1 tsp shredded coconut flakes, 1 tsp almond butter,1 tsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp slivered almond flakes....i added salt. But if you have any sweeteners or sugar feel free to use. Refrigerated all of these in a mason jar  overnight and  added a few frozen berries...yummy
