The entrance to the Hall of Fame for Great Americans, a New York landmark founded in 1900 to honor prominent Americans who have made a significant impact on American history. The Hall, located behind the Gould Memorial Library, houses almost 100 busts, including busts of Eli Whitney and Alexander Graham Bell. The Hall of Fame still exists today and is open to visitors.
