Ultimate Peanut Butter Chocolate Cupcakes - I made these last night. OMG!!! They were so good!!! I used crunchy peanut butter and didn't have Reese's (living in Australia, they're hard to come by) so substituted with flaked chocolate on top.
This recipe for peppermint meringues is good, but I made CHOCOLATE peppermint meringues last night by switching out a 1/4 cup of powdered sugar for cocoa powder and the end result tasted like Thin Mint cookies! I will be making this fat free dessert much more often!
Oh my gosh you HAVE to try this Cheeseburger Gnocchi recipe!! Pillowy soft potato dumplings (gnocchi) are toasted for a crunchy skin, but impossibly fluffy middle. Then they're simmered with seasoned beef and cheese for a 15-minute, one pot meal that everyone will FLIP over!!! So good!! :)
