One of our favorite breakfasts on a chilly morning! Add 1/4 c steel cut oats, a small handful of sliced almonds, a dash of salt and cinnamon, chopped dried fruit (I've tried apples, peaches, raspberries, and strawberries-- all are very good!) or sliced ripe bananas, and 2/3 c milk to an oven safe cup. Place cups on trivet over 2 cups of water and cook on high pressure for three minutes followed by a natural release. Sweeten with a little maple syrup. So good!
