Recipe: Use the purest Cocoa. One table spoon of Cocoa with a teaspoon of cream. Heat the milk close to boiling. Stir the Cocoa and cream fast while poring the milk slowly in the cup. Stir until you do not feel any Cocoa on the bottom. Drink slowly with eyes closed.
