Day 1: Only one day in to this challenge and I already have a new goal, IMPROVE CARDIO. I started this challenge not to lose weight but to increase my energy, kick my sugar and coffee addictions, and keep my nutrition on track. I have a feeling it is going to do a lot more than just those three things.
I honestly want this board to be about running inspiration not people showing off their Nike pros and their 6 packs and brand new sneakers so I hopefully am leaning towards the more trail running posts
Not really true for me . I was thinking about why we like certain foods and don't like other ? And of me food cravings I have would be : pea soup , with vegetables( just carrots and potatoes and parsley ), pea mashed , stew with cabbage without any fat or meat of any kind, some light salad .So I am just curious why do people crave what they crave ???????
