Sausage balls!! I did them without pork rinds and I LOVE them more.  Basically I used the dry ingredients of the miracle biscuit dough and added 1 lb sausage and 2 cups shredded cheddar and an ounce or so of cream cheese. Baked at 350 for about 12 minutes.
