Campanula portenschlagiana, Dalmation Bellflower. Wow. Why don't I see this in zone 7/8 garden centers? heat tolerant to USDA zone 8, cold hardy to zone 4, Blooms all summer June to frost. The Bellflower we know around here is an upright version and it's never been especially popular.
