Montgomery County, Pennsylvania sgraffito redware dish by Samuel Troxel, dated 1828, with central spread winged eagle beneath a banner, inscribed "Liberty" and above a potted tulip vine, inscribed verso "Samuel Troxel Potter 1825", 11 1/2" dia.
