Unique & Artistic Guest Room A tufted custom bed that recalls the style of an old English knole sofa cements this guest room’s unique feel. Designers Benjamin Bradley and David Thiergartner say that the bed was made for guests to “feel very cosseted and safe when lying there,” explains Bradley. The room’s momentum builds with the shaggy rope chair from Holly Hunt, a globe collection, and art by Michael Allen Lowe displayed on an easel.
“When we were furnishing the home, we jazzed it up a little bit,” explains Linda Woodrum. “We have a traditional living room with an edge, and we kept it very monochromatic with grays, blacks and whites. We pulled in some of that blue because we know we are in a resort area, and we wanted to celebrate that kind of sense.” #HGTVDreamHome
