Rice Flake Breakfast - 1 cup rice flakes, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, curry leaves, 2 chopped spring onions, ground fresh garlic and ginger, 1/2 tsp turmeric and chilli powder, 1 mushroom, soup sp peas or any green, salt, a little oil. 1 Soak rice flakes in water. 2 Fry mustard seeds in a frying pan till they begin popping. 3 Add onion, garlic, curry leaves. 4 Drain rice flakes (they should be soft). 5 Stir in remaining ingredients. 6 Cover and cook on a low heat for another 5 minutes.
