The mushroom makes the difference.  1/3 cup chickpea flour, 1/3 cup water, 1/4 tsp carmon seeds (ajwain), 1 chopped spring onion, 1/4 tsp each crushed ginger and garlic, 1/4 tsp chilli powder, fresh coriander and/or fenugreek, 1 chopped mushroom. 1 Mix all ingredients. 2 Fry on a low heat both sides. 3 Serve with mint chutney
